How do you change the brake pads on a CBR600 motorcycle.?

Look at the top of the caliper. You'll see 2 pins going through the brake pads. Those pins have to be un-screwed from the caliper. On the outside of the caliper, the pins have allen heads. You didn't say what model and year you have (F3,F4,F4I,etc). Some Hondas have a little cap that you have to un-screw to get to the allen bolts. You can remove them with a regular screw driver.

ONE CAUTION - The allen bolts are soooooo tight, that you can round out the heads without even thinking about it!!!!

Use an impact wrench, or don't even think about doing it. If you start to round out the allen head, stop what your doing and PUT THE TOOLS DOWN. You'll end up buying a new caliper.
